If Obamacare can mandate the purchase of health insurance, could it in theory also mandate the purchase of broccoli?

Mark Hall is Professor of Law and Public Health at Wake Forest University. He also teaches in the MBA program and is on the research faculty at Wake Forest’s medical school.
