Geoffrey S. Corn is Associate Professor of Law at South Texas College of Law. He served as the Army’s senior law of war expert in the Office of the Judge Advocate General and Chief of the Law of War Branch in the International Law Division.
Oona A. Hathaway is the Gerard C. and Bernice Latrobe Smith Professor of International Law at the Yale Law School. She served as a Law Clerk for Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and for D.C. Circuit Judge Patricia Wald and has taught at Boston University and UC Berkeley.
