Marketing Assistant
This position will be responsible for:
- writing and submitting newsletters and press releases,
- maintaining Facebook and Twitter pages,
- selecting, monitoring, and updating keyword marketing campaigns.
Qualified applicants will have:
- ability to write compelling sales copy,
- interest in marketing,
- good oral and written communication skills.
Candidates must:
- have access to a computer with Internet access and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office), as most of the work is done off site,
- be comfortable working at home or some other accessible location, and
- provide for their own transportation to weekly staff meetings (the site is Metro accessible).
This internship is particularly suited for those interested in a career in marketing or communications.
